NPF-4/7 VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 30 DAY RESPONSE TO MARCH 12, 2012 INFORMATION REQUEST On March 12, 2012, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued "Request for Information Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 50.54(f) Regarding Recommendations 2.1, 2.3, and 9.3, of the Near-Term Task Force Review of Insights from the Fukushima Dai-ichi Accident" (Information Request) to all NRC power reactor licensees and holders of construction permits in active or deferred status. In addition to requiring detailed information, the Information Request requires recipients to confirm receipt in writing within 30 days, and that the confirmation be signed under oath or affirmation.

In accordance with this requirement, Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) hereby submits notice to the NRC that it has received the Information Request and is currently assessing its contents and evaluating responses. Future responses will be provided to the NRC consistent with the terms of the Information Request.
