Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) Initial Scheduling Order dated April 4, 2011 (as amended Orders dated August 23, 2011 and October 3, 2011), and the Boards Memorandum and Order (Granting Joint Motion Regarding Mandatory Disclosures) (Order), dated November 10, 2011, Friends of the Coast and New England Coalition (Friends/NEC) is providing.
the Affidavit of Raymond Shadis, certifying that all relevant materials have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete as to documents identified by March 15, 2012.
Friends/NEC notes that it has made a good faith effort to identify all documents meeting the criteria of disclosure for this proceeding and, as the Friends/NEC case has only recently been defined by the Commission Order of March 8, 2010, it is only at the onset of iteration.
Friends/NEC intends to be diligent in identifying and providing all relevant documents.
