Dear Ms. Keys:
In response to your letter dated March 27, 2012, Request for Comments on Draft License Renewal Interim Staff Guidance, LR-ISG-2011-03, Changes to GALL Report Revision 2 Aging Management Program (AMP) XI.M41, Buried and Underground Piping and Tanks, Docket ID: NRC-2012-0055, I am writing to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reopening the public comment period on draft LR-ISG-2011-03. As announced in the enclosed Federal Register notice, the NRC has reopened the comment period until April 20, 2012.
To inform other stakeholders of the extension of the public comment period and the opportunity to participate in the comment period, courtesy copies of this letter are being sent to subscribers of an NRC electronic mailing list on general license renewal topics.
