In accordance with the requirements of references (b) and (c), enclosed are the 2011 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report and the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Maine Yankee Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. Information formerly submitted in the Estimated Dose report is now included in the Environmental Operating report. A minor change was made to the ODCM during 2011.. That change added the frequency of monitoring to Table 3.1. A complete copy of Revision 34 of the ODCM is included as an attachment to this letter.
