St. Lucie discharge headwall project questions
- Jodie, As I have been putting together the biological assessment for FWS, I have come up with some questions. If you would be able to answer these, that would be really helpful to me. Thanks!
- 1. The December 6, 2011 FDEP construction permit letter that you attached to your March 6 email seems to be missing a couple of pages. The second page of the letter cuts off, and then the attachment starts with page 2 on the following page. Can you provide the missing pages?
- 2. Can you send me a copy of the sea turtle protection plan that was submitted to the St. Lucie County Development Review Board and that is mentioned in FPLs proposed conditions for work?
- 3. What other permits or approvals are needed that relate to sea turtles? The ones I know of are an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act, St. Lucie County Development Review Board approval of a sea turtle protection plan, and a construction permit through FDEP. Are there any others in addition to these?
- 4. When does FPL anticipate that the discharge headwall project will be completed?
- 5. What will working hours be during the project? Will there be any work after dark, and if so, any associated lighting?
