EXELONS UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CORRECT THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE ORAL ARGUMENT HELD ON FEBRUARY 21, 2012 In accordance with 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(a) and 2.327(d), Exelon Generation Company LLC (Exelon) hereby requests that the Atomic Safety & Licensing Board (Board) correct the transcript of the oral argument held in this matter on February 21, 2012. Exelon respectfully requests that the transcript be revised to incorporate the corrections identified in Appendix A, attached hereto. Exelon has limited its request for correction to errors that altered the meaning of Exelons statements during the oral argument. Exelon did not review and, therefore, does not propose any changes to the statements of other parties. No party opposes this Motion.1 For the foregoing reasons, the Board should grant Exelons request to correct the errors identified in Appendix A.

1 As required by 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(b), on March 8, 2012, counsel for Exelon requested consultation with the parties regarding this Motion. Counsel for the NRC Staff does not object to the Motion. Natural Resources Defense Council does not object to the proposed changes to the transcript but notes that these are not all of the corrections required to make the transcript accurate.

Respectfully submitted, Executed in Accord with 10 C.F.R. §2.304(d)
