SUMMARY

OF NOVEMBER 16, 2010, PUBLIC MEETING WITH TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY REGARDING INTEGRATED SAFEGUARDS TESTING FOR WATIS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 On November 16,2010, a Category 1 public meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and representatives of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) at NRC Headquarters, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Integrated Safeguards Testing plan that is being developed for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2. A list of participants is enclosed.

The meeting consisted of the NRC and TVA staff discussing the testing information that was provided in a letter dated September 17,2010, from TVA. The TVA letter can be found under the Agencywide Documents Access & Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML102600478.

Members of the public did not partiCipate in the meeting.
