Dear Mr. Larson:

This letter confirms plans as discussed between members of our staffs to meet and discuss the results of the 2011 end-of-cycle assessment. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 5, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. (EDT), at Quail Hollow Resort, located at 11080 Concord-Hambden Road, Painesville, Ohio 44077. This meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
