Ph:ysical Security Plan Revision 12 Lic:ense R-120 Do cket No. 50-297 Revision 12 of the North Carolina State University Physical Security Plan is enclosed.

The changes madee were evaluated and determined to not decrease the effectiveness of physical security. The evaluation of this revision is attached. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Revisioi1 12 of the Security Plan will be made without prior Commission approval.
