I spoke with Conte

Bryce, I spoke with Rich Conte. He's a little hard to get a hold of today because they're in a counterparts meeting.

He said that the requested Chairman's operability determination was "turned off' and he spoke with the Chairman's TA The Seabrook public meeting is to provide technical feedback to the licensee based on the expected white paper. I asked Rich about timing and if there was enough time to review the paper and provide feedback. He said he hoped so and it is part of the TIA with DE. The Region also plans to have a future meeting near the site to discuss the safety review.

An executive (Division Director level) brief is scheduled for January 3, 4, or 5 th.

I told him I got most of the information I needed from him, but you may call him for technical details.
