RE: NA WRB-2M CHF Correlation One clarification. The decision on the license condition is related to Dominion receiving an analysis from WEC (scheduled for the end of September) that when provided to us, satisfies our technical concern that would require a license condition. Due to the quake, the status of this analysis is uncertain.

NA WRB-2M CHF Correlation On August 3, 2011, you issued a safety evaluation input on this topic as a result of a review of the licensee's July 19, 2010, Sept 9, 2010 Jan 26, 2011 and May 16, 2011 submittals. In it, you stated that certain issues needed to be dealt with by the addition of a condition to the license.
Based on our conversation this morning, I am writing this email to note two things.
One, due tofurther developments, you do not now feel that we need to add the condition to the license. That would remove the need to request the licensee to make an additional submittal requesting the license condition.
Second, you are recommending suspending further licensing action on this until we get a more informed understanding of the effects of the August 23 earthquake on the fuel. Hopefully, tomorrow's meeting will assist in that.
