- Cyndi, Just a heads up that we're putting together an ERF (Level 0) for the earthquake, along the lines of what Canada submitted last June. Dave Garmon's working to put it together and to get any licensee input. We're running the concept through NRR management right now. There was a question raised this morning, that since the Commission hasn't voted on the change to the policy yet, if we're within the scope of the current guidance. John's gotten at least one email this morning from an international contact he works with, and I'm guessing that you may have had a couple requests also? If so we feel that this could fall within the current scope of MD 5.12. Given the proximity of North Anna to the epicenter and the parallels to the Fukushima event, we think putting out the rating could actually be effective at establishing the lack of safety significance in this event.
