This letter provides the eighteenth response to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC")
letters dated February 26, 2011 and May 24, 2011 in the above docket. There have been no new developments since our seventeenth response dated January 24, 2012. Aerotest has scheduled meetings for this week to discuss their offers with each of the three potential purchasers.
Aerotest will provide its next update by February 21, 2012.
