The current interpretation that I have heard about 10CFR100 Appendix A is that Dominion needs NRC approval for restart. Unless that has changed, Dominion's plans for a 9/22 restart don't matter much.
What is the purpose of the PRB, and what will I need to do to prepare? Who will lead the PRB? Who will participate?

- Gerry, I contacted Greg Kolcum regarding RII representation on a PRB for this 2.206 (copy found at ML11256A019).
He recommended that I contact you.
As current NAPS planning has a nominal 9/22/11 restart date and the 2.206 petition has potential immediate action requested, the PRB may need to meet before next Tues 9/20/11 to decide on the issue to great any immediate action on this 2.206.

-4 Please inform me ASAP of the proper POC for this 2.206. As the requested immediate action is to require NAPS 1 & 2 to remain shutdown until a series of actions are complete, this has senior management interest at both NRR and R11.
