- NORTH ANNA 1 & 2-DESIGN BASIS 7EAR QUAKE (OBE) GROUND MOTION EXCEEDED AND OTHER ISSUES - AIT REVIEW See previous O-COMM. This issue meets the quantitative and qualitative judgment of significance of LIC-401, NRR Reactor Operating Experience Program (Dec. 27, 2010, ML081910741) for further evaluation through an Issue for Resolution based on the following guidelines:
- 1. potential safety significance based on risk or other quantitative factors
- a. risk factor - conditional core damage probability (CCDP) = 1 E-6 or an increase in core damage probability (delta CDP) = 1 E-6, or a change in large early release frequency (delta LERF) = I E-7/yr
- 2. qualitative judgment of significance based on the following guidelines
- d. potential degradation of fuel integrity, primary coolant pressure boundary, or important associated structures, AND
- k. other potential agency issues or concerns-potential concerns related to heightened public, media, congressional, and/or governmental interest, or other factors.
