North Anna: TS issues just entered. All safety related equipment inoperable Ul Engineering has determined that both units may have exceeded the Design Basis Earthquake. Unit one has entered the following technical specification actions:
U2 8/26 1340 1.) T.S. 3.4.12 Condition G two PRZR PORV's inoperable depressurize RCS and establish 2.07 square inches. An IOD is being developed to prove operability of the PORV's. NOED may be required.
U2 8/26 1340 Entered Limiting Action of T.S. 3.0.3 due to exceeding a Design Basis Earthquake and declaring all Safety Related equipment Inoperable. Unit is required to be in Mode 5 within 37 hours4.282407e-4 days <br />0.0103 hours <br />6.117725e-5 weeks <br />1.40785e-5 months <br />.
