Before the Board are seven motions in limine filed by Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
(Entergy) on January 30, 2012.1 In each of Entergys 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(b) certifications attached to these motions, Entergy noted that the NRC Staff supported these motions and anticipated filing answers to them.
In order to ensure efficiency by preventing duplicative pleadings, the NRC Staff may file answers to Entergys pending motions in limine no later than Thursday, February 9, 2012.
Intervenors may file a single responsive pleading to each of Entergys pending motions in limine 1
