Dear Administrative Judges:
The State of New York submits the following corrected revised exhibits in support of consolidated contention NYS-17B: NYSR11001 (exhibits list), NYSR00224 (pre-filed testimony), and NYSR00231 (report). A certificate of service is also submitted. This submission replaces entirely the documents previously transmitted this afternoon.
As requested by the Board during the January 18, 2012 conference, the revisions to NYSR00224 (pre-filed testimony) and NYSR00231 (report) are intended to clarify the currently difficult-to-read formulas.
In the process of making the changes, we discovered that we inadvertently submitted a draft version of NYSR00231 (report). The only differences of which we are aware are: (1) page numbering now begins with 1 at the bottom center of the first page, (2) on page 8, Table 1, the 8th line of the table is corrected to:
and, (3) the equations are rendered in an improved manner that makes them read and print more clearly.
Both versions were signed by Dr. Sheppard on December 11, 2011.
