Operating Test Comments Note: There were no Outline Comments JPM Comments

  • SRO-U,-I,RO AN1R NRC: Not discriminating, only requires simple math. Make one of calculations out of spec that requires some required action or notification.

Licensee: Replaced JPM.

AN2R NRC: Not discriminating, majority of steps identified as critical are not because they are verification steps or reading same voltage of 4160. Replace or rewrite to incorporate problem/action, consequences if not done correctly.

Licensee: Made one voltage OOS, must inform US. First 5 steps are not critical.

AN3R NRC: Change cue to read perform calculation verification and ensure paperwork is correct. On DOS 6600-02, Page 9, initial step 11.c.

Licensee: Comments incorporated.

-5 AN4R NRC: Change Data Sheet 1: Sample Activity Results 9.8x 10 ; Total MPC 22%.

AN4S NRC: Change cue to: Complete Dos 1500-08. Add steo #5: Recommends to the US that the calculated sample limit exceeds the allowable discharge.

AN1S NRC: Unnecessary cueing in the Initiating Cue. Change Initiating Cue to Determine the reportability requirements.

AN3S NRC: On Initiating Cue, delete and identify any Tech Spec requirements., because it is up the applicant to identify the TS requirements. First 3 steps, change verify to determines. Step 4, remove Condition B.

SNA NRC: Not alternate path as written. Procedure directs which RWCU isolation valves to close.

Licensee: Revised to simulate low flow on initial SBLC selected, requires operator to select alternate train in addition to identifying failure of RWCU isolation valves to close.

SNB NRC: 1) Step 1, change green light illuminated to directs NLO to verify closed for 2-1402-6B. 2) Why is closing Flow Test Valve critical (water hammer of future starts?)?

Licensee: 1) Comments incorporated. 2) Yes, water hammer is concern.

SNC NRC: Add step between 9 and 10 to read <setpt ramp>, enter value of ~50 to Reactor Pressure.
