Dear Ms. Graham:
This letter is provided per the TCEQ Construction Approval Letter dated November 18, 2011 to notify you that the approved construction and modifications to the above referenced Public Water system have been completed. Following disinfection in accordance with AWWA standards and appropriate bacteriological clearance sample analyses, the connection was placed in service on January 19, 2012. The primary water supply for this system is now purchased from the Somervell County Water District (SCWD; RN105491443) and Luminant operated groundwater wells are now a back-up supply.
This letter certifies that the construction has been completed in accordance with the approved plans.
