Registration of First Use of Transport Cask In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 71.17(c)(3), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), as holder of Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68, is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of the pending first use of the Transnuclear, Inc. Model No. TN-RAM transportation cask. As described in the TN-RAM Certificate of Compliance No. 9233, Revision No. 10, issued April 14, 2010, the package identification number for this cask is USNA9233/B(U)-96, NRC Docket No. 71-9233.
