005 First two rows of dome: Minor cracking due to shrinkage, pop outs, leaching, scaling and spalling -

all minor, non-active and previously identified.

Fifth and sixth rows of dome: Joint cracking, vertical cracks, minor spalling, bugholes and staining from lightning arrester ~ all minor and previously identified.

Third and forth rows of dome: Joint cracking, spalling, staining from duct support steel and vertical cracks 5' long and 5' ole - all minor and previously identified.

Six Y2" diameter pipe inserts sticking out approximately 1" from containment with minimal surface corrosion. All six were coated in 2009 to protect against future corrosion. Before and after photos can be found in Attachment 8.5.

Eleventh thru thirteenth rows of dome: Small spall areas, pop outs adjacent to duct and rust staining - all minor and previously identified.

Seventh and eighth rows of dome: Joint cracking and spall approximately 5' long adjacent to duct support, spall areas less than 5" in size, pitting/abrasion, and bugholes - all minor and reviously identified.

Steel cable rusting along a vertical joint (previously identified). Cable removed during coating of vent duct.

Ninth and tenth rows of dome: Leaching, pattern cracking, joint spaIls, cracking, and staining - all minor and previously identified.
