Submittal of Riverkeeper Exhibit RIV000053, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3), Docket Nos. 50-247-LR, 50-286-LR
Dear Licensing Board and Parties:
Riverkeeper hereby notifies the Board and Parties of its submission to the Service List, via EIE, of Riverkeeper Exhibit 531, pertaining to Contention NYS-26-B/RK-TC-1-B, metal fatigue. Riverkeeper included Exhibit 53 in its Revised Exhibit List, RIV000001, filed on December 22, 2011, denoted as RIV000053. However, due to difficulties experienced in formatting and saving Exhibit 53 to prepare it for filing pursuant to the Boards October 7, 2011 Order setting out Procedures of Evidentiary Filings and EIE requirements, Riverkeeper was unable to submit Exhibit 53 to the Service List via EIE on December
- 22. Exhibit 53, in the format originally disclosed to Riverkeeper by Entergy, is a 60 megabyte.tiff file, containing 531 non-numbered pages. Riverkeepers attempts to save the document in other file formats for EIE filing on December 22 were unsuccessful. Therefore, the.tiff document was printed out, divided into 15 sections, and then scanned as separate.pdf documents. Pursuant to the Boards October 7, 2011 Order, Riverkeeper hereby submits Exhibit 53 as RIV000053A - RIV000053O, and respectfully requests that the Board accept this submission. Accompanying this filing is a Revised Exhibit List, RIV000001, which accurately reflects the exhibit notations as described herein.
