Dear Administrative Judges:
On December 22, 2011, the State of New York filed a Statement of Position and Prefiled Testimony of Dr. Richard Lahey in support of Contention NYS-26B/RK-TC-1B, Exhibits NYS000343 and NYS000344 respectively. Earlier this morning I filed a revised version of the Statement of Position which corrected previously-omitted exhibit numbers, but neither this version nor the previously filed version contained the required exhibit number and date marker on the first page. I respectfully request that the Board accept this correction version in its place, as well as a corrected version of the Lahey Prefiled Testimony which was similarly filed with no stamp on its first page. The Lahey Prefiled Testimony is otherwise identical to what was filed on December 22. A revised exhibit list accompanies this submission.
