RGWMP QUARTERLY INTEGRATED REVIEW CHECKLIST Review/Comments In general there is an elevated concentration of Sr-90, Ni-63, H3, & Cs-137 in some of the Unit 1 wells.

Additional samples were captured on 3/16-3/18.

This event was documented in CR-IP2-2009-0883.

This was discussed with the NRC and a press release made to the stakeholders.

The following condition reports were written to document MW IL exceedences in 41h QTR 2008:

CR-IP2-2009-00073, CR-IP2-2009-00232, The following condition reports were written to document MW IL exceedences in 1st QTR 2009:

CR-IP2-2009-0111 0, CR-IP2-2009-01111, CR-IP2-2009-01113, CR-IP2-2009-01114, CR-IP2-2009-01369.

No anomalies were noted with the storm drain samples collected this quarter.

No anomalies were noted with samples collected in New 80-10 File Reports support 80-10 program for this quarter.

Per ANI audit 4 key sample points were sent to Teledyne and were found to be below effluent LLD.

A refueling outage of Unit 3 began on March 11 and Refueling Activities was continuing at the end of this quarter.

Spent Fuel Moves On 02/04/2009, Operations overflowed 31 WHUT Construction Activities resulting in the spilling of approximately 2,000 gallons of waste water to the WHUT cell.

A CST Return Line was found to be leaking at -17 GPM on 2/15/09. This was documented in CR-IP2-Spill Reports 2009-00666. This line was excavated and the affected Condition Reports area replaced. Tritium determined to be -1700 pCi!L.

672 was leaking on the upstream side of the valve.

On 02/04/09 CR-IP3-2009-00306 documented a spill of approximately 2,000 gallons for waste water during a transfer from 32 Monitor Tank to 31 WHUT.

On 03/01/09 CR-IP2-2009-00807 documents a through wall leak downstream of LW-1134@ 6 drops/minute.

On 03/07/09 CR-IP2-2009-00888 documents a leak from 14 WDST at valve CT-979 at 1 gallon/minute.

No unusual system chemistry was noted during this quarter.

REMP was revised to add LAF-002 as a REMP well.
