IE Bulletin New 80-10 File Reports
- No anomalies were noted with samples collected in No. 80-10 support 80-10 program for this quarter.
Facility Refueling Activities
- A Unit 3 refueling outage was commenced on Spent Fuel Moves Operations Construction Activities 03/08/11.
Spill Reports Water was contained to the concrete pad. Sample of the system (sample 356743) the previous day Spills & Leaks Condition Reports contained no activity.

EN-RP-113 Reports
- CR-IP3-2011-01723: 03/26/11-31 RHR pump seal package leak is overflowing the pump casing into the moat. Leakage is approximately 1 gallon/hour.
Pump is currently in service.
- CR-IP2-2011~01426: On 3/16/2011 the Unit 2 SFP Leak Collection increased to 2167 mls of fluid. This had been averaging less than 100 ml during the SFP Chemistry weekly collection. A subsequent collection on System Chemistry RWST Chemistry 3/20/2011 yielded 4829 mls. Investigation showed
&Activity RCS Activity that the increase in volume collection occurred after the Spent Fuel Pool level was increased to 93 feet 1 0 inches. This is similar to the event which occurred in 2010 reference CR IP2-2010-4734 &
