The State of New York and Riverkeeper submits their Joint Initial Statement of Position, Pre-filed Testimony, and Exhibits (NYS000293, NYS000294, NYS000299, NYS000302, and NYS000342 to NYS000344, and NYS000356, to NYS000369A-B) in support of contention NYS-25 and consolidated contention NYS-26B/RK-TC-1B.
