Dear Ms. Mensah:
Proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the subject report, together with an affidavit of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) dated January 12, 2009 requesting that the proprietary version be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.390, were provided to the NRC by the referenced letter. EPRI has subsequently made the document publicly available and no longer holds the material proprietary. Therefore, EPRI formally requests that the January 12, 2009 affidavit be withdrawn.
As such, the NRC staff may treat MRP-227-Rev. 0 in its entirety as non-proprietary.
