Dear Administrative Judges:
The State of New York notes that its recent EIE submission at approximately 9:25 PM this evening contained an initial description that it concerned "Prefiled Testimony and Exhs on NYS 5." As the transmittal letter accompanying the filing stated, that filing in fact concerned NYS 16B. Accordingly, the EIE description for the 9:25 PM filing should have been entitled "Prefiled Testimony and Exhs on NYS 16B." The remaining submissions following the 9:25 PM filing also pertained to NYS 16B and were correctly entitled. We regret any confusion this may have caused.
