OF THE NOVEMBER 30, 2011, NON-PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS DUANE ARNOLDS PROTECTIVE STRATEGY CHANGE
Dear Mr. Wells:
This refers to the non-public meeting held on November 30, 2011, in Lisle, Illinois, to discuss the Duane Arnold Energy Centers (DAEC) protective strategy change. At this meeting, you and other DAEC managers presented information about the proposed protective strategy change planned for the Duane Arnold Energy Center. This meeting served to inform NRC management of these changes.
The NRC opened the meeting with an introduction. This was followed by your presentation of the proposed protective strategy change. After the conclusion of this presentation, NRC officials adjourned the meeting. A list of principal meeting attendees can be found in the attached enclosure.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC=s ARule of Practice,@ a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC=s document system (ADAMS).
