Phone call from Mr. Robert Haemer of Pillsbury, Counsel of Aerotest Operations, Inc.
On Monday, November 21, 2011, I received a phone call from Mr. Robert (Budd) Haemer of Pillsbury, Counsel of Aerotest Operations, Inc. Mr. Haemer expressed an interest in a drop-in visit to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, with his supervisor Mr. Jay Silberg. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the status of the decommissioning and other work performed by Aerotest. I told Mr. Haemer that I would get back to him on his inquiry. Since the phone call was not made by technical personnel of Aerotest but by the law firm representing Aerotest, I called Ms. Carrie Safford of OGC to inform her of this phone call. Ms. Safford stated that she would contact Mr. Haemer of the Pillsbury law firm.
