D. C. Cook Units 1 and 2 - Audit of Licensee Regulatory Commitment 2012 (TAC ME7636 and ME7637)

This is to inform you that I have opened the above TAC numbers to cover the NRC staffs future work on the subject issue. Based on the period covered by the previous audit (report dated August 19, 2009), I would schedule the next audit sometime around the middle of 2012. I will discuss the exact date with you and your staff to make sure the audit does not cause any unnecessary logistic problem.
