to Amend the Scheduling Order)
We grant the Unopposed Motion by the State of New York (New York) and Riverkeeper, Inc. (Riverkeeper) to amend the scheduling orders issued in this proceeding.1 Thus, the deadline for intervenors to submit written statements of position, written direct testimony with supporting affidavits, and exhibits is extended to December 22, 2011. The deadlines for Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. and the NRC Staff are extended to January 30, 2012 for motions in limine and motions to strike, and February 29, 2012 for written statements of position, written direct testimony with supporting affidavits, and exhibits. These extensions have been agreed upon by all parties.2 1
