South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, is submitting a revision to Attachments II and III that were enclosed in the referenced License Amendment Request to the Operating License for Virgil C.

Summer Nuclear Station Unit 1 dated March 18, 2011 (ML110810688). The enclosed Attachments provide revised marked-up and re-typed pages of the Technical Specification (TS) index pages for LAR 10-03108. These revised pages supersede the previously submitted index pages and have no impact on the Quality Assurance elements of the original submittal. The TS index pages in the original submittal included editorial changes that were not within the scope of the LAR. This revision to the LAR removes the unrelated editorial changes to the TS index.
