These procedure documents include names and telephone numbers of the many persons having responsibility under the Emergency Plan. To maintain the confidentiality of the above information for reasons of privacy and plan effectiveness, we have deleted names and telephone numbers from the copies sent to NRR, a portion of which will be docketed.
