In an international forum, I would think he would want to say something about the tools and analysis that we do that are our main bread and butter and support things like SOARCA and the cancer study.

- 1. What are two accomplishments (for RES) that you believe you've done well, or strengths demonstrated well during the last year?
Completed a draft SOARCA NUREG, external peer review, and ACRS meeting of the draft in preparation for issuing the final draft for public comment in January. Successfully transitioned the cancer risk study from Oak Ridge contract to NAS. Updated the communication plan for SOARCA and issued one for the Cancer Risk Study, and provided numerous internal and external presentations for SOARCA and the Cancer Risk Study.
Completed delivery of updated versions of multiple products (MELCOR, TRACE, PARCS, SNAP) for severe accident, LOCA, BWR stability, LWR transient analysis and fluid mechanic computational tools for NRR/NRO including 26 milestone products in support of 5 major user needs spanning EPU, MCCI, New Reactors, ILWR, ATWS and AOO activities.
- 2. What are your primary goals for the next year? How can I facilitate success?
Communication with Commissioners and other stakeholders on approach, progress, and results of high interest RES activities such as SOARCA, Cancer risk study, etc.
