DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Furnished with this letter is a copy of Revision 14 to the NSP Corporate Nuclear Emergency Plan. This revision contains changes as a result of our annual internal
- review, update, and certification of emergency plans and agreements.
As such, revisions to this plan have been reviewed and approved and do not decrease the effectiveness of this plan.
Significant changes have been identified with the use of a vertical line in the margin.
It should be noted that the plant and Corporate Plans are companion documents.
Each plan does not, by itself, address or reference all of the emergency planning requirements or guidance criteria. It is intended that the plant plan cover site specific requirements and that the Corporate Plan cover off-site requirements and functions normally assigned to the corporate offices.
Instructions:
Replace the existing Emergency Plan pages with the attached revised pages.
Colored slip sheets indicate -tab placement.
All superseded pages should be destroyed and plan holders should review the changes in this revision.
Posting should be completed, and the attached ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT RETURNED WITHIN TEN (10)

GENERAL The creation of the Site General Manager position at each of the nuclear plants has resulted in a reorganization of the reporting structure at each site. As a result the EOF Response Organization and the management of the EOF facility has been transferred from the Corporate Emergency Response Organization to the Site Emergency Response Organization.
The revisions to the Corporate Emergency Plan reflect this change.
Section 1 Section 1.1.24 was revised to remove reference of the EOF from the Corporate Emergency Response Organization.
Section 2 Section 2
page 1 of 3
was revised to only discuss functions applicable to the HQEC and remove those functions which are applicable to the EOF.
Section 3 No changes Section 4 Section 4 page 10 Corporate ERO was revised to remove the EOF Organization from the Corporate Emergency Response Organization chart.
The EOF organizational chart is contained in the Site Plans.
Section 5 Section. 5.1.2 was revised to remove specific EOF functions from the Corporate Plan since this information is presented in greater detail in the site plans.
Tab A was completely revised to reflect the Monticello EOF modifications.
Section 6 Section 6.1.1 Site has been substituted for Plant and added a statement describing where a detailed description of the activation process was located.
Section 6.1.2 Site has been substituted. for plant and reference to EOF removed from Corporate Activation.
Section 6.2.1 Site has been substituted for plant.
Section 6.2.2 Site has been substituted for plant and the detail of EOF operations has been removed since they are contained in the site plans.
Section 9 Figure 9-1 Title was revised to remove Corporate since the recovery organization falls under the Site Manager.
Appendix A was revised to reflect biannual updating of the letters of agreement.
