PROJECT NO. P-6335-VA I NATDAM NO. VA83005 NORTH ANNA HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT EXTENSION REQUEST FOR 5 YEAR INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT INSPECTION REPORT Pursuant to 18 CFR 12.38(c) an extension of time is requested for submittal of the sixth Part 12D Independent Consultant Inspection Report for the North Anna Project. A June 15, 2011, submittal date was identified in FERC letter dated March 1, 2011. An extension until July 15, 2011, is requested due to unforeseen delays by the Independent Consultant in providing the inspection results. Upon receipt of the final inspection report a review, approval and submittal by the station will be performed. The request for extension has been discussed with Mr. William R. Duke of your staff.
