Site  : SAINT LUCIE Emergency Class : NON EMERGENCY On October 20, 2011, one juvenile Green Sea Turtle was retrieved from the plan!'s intake canal. The turtle was not injured beyond minor scrapes. The turtle will be sent to a rehabilitation facility. The condition of the turtle was non-causal to plant operations.

Per the plant's turtle permit, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC) was notified at 0834 EDT. This non-emergency notification is being made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.72(b)(2)(xi) due to the notification 01 the FWCC.
