DPR-22 Upgraded Emergency Plans As outlined in our June 17 letter we advised you of our plan to develop further upgraded Emergency Plans and submit drafts to you by about August 1, 1980.
The final form of the new Part 50 rules just recently became available to us, so we decided to incorporate the effect of the new rules in our drafts and hence the slight delay in our submission.
Following regulatory guidance, we are furnishing, for copies of new Emergency Plans that we have drafted to rules.
