DPR-22 License Amendment Request Dated September 24, 1982 Miscellaneous Technical Specifications Changes Attached are 3 originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change in the Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of Operating License DPR-22.
Also attached is a Licensing Fee Determination form and a check for
$13,200.00 for the amendment fee.
This License Amendment Request contains proposed Technical Specification changes in a number of areas.
Several of these changes are being submitted at the request of the NRC Staff and others are being submitted to correct deficiencies or errors in the Technical Specifications.
Changes in the areas of surveillance clarification, Reactor Protection Monitoring System require ments, jet pump surveillance, organizational changes, and steam line area temperature switch deviation are included in this submittal.
Exhibit A contains the proposed changes, reasons for change, and safety evaluations. Exhibit B contains revised Appendix A Technical Specification pages showing the proposed changes. Exhibit C is a detailed safety eval uation for one of the requested changes.
