Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 License Amendment Request Dated February 6, 1981 Cycle 9.Technical Specifications Attached are 3 originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change in the Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of Operating License DPR-22.
Also attached is one copy of the license amendment class determination and a check in the amount of $4000.00 for the amendment fee.
The proposed Technical Specification changes will incorporate the require ments of ODYN (Option B), and new MAPLHGR and MCPR limits associated with recent analyses.
Exhibit A contains the proposed changes, reasons for change, and safety evaluations.
Exhibit B contains revised Appendix A pages showing the proposed changes.
Exhibit C contains the Supplemental Reload Licensing submittal for Cycle 9. Exhibit D contains the LOCA Analysis Report.
This license amendment will be required for Cycle 9 operation.
In order to prevent any possible delay in the operation of Cycle 9, issuance of this amendment is requested prior to April 15, 1981.
