Davis-Besse Reg III Open Item re: LRA Tables 2-1, 2-2, and 2-3 Sam..... attached is the Region III Open Item (OIN-362) we discussed during our earlier phone call regarding adding additional detail to the LRA for systems and structures that are not in-scope for license renewal. Billy Rogers and his team reviewed the tables and the systems/structures, and concluded in his report that the systems/structures not in-scope were correctly identified as not in-scope. Adding additional detail at this stage of the review process creates additional work and delays for development of the SER, and does not align with the Standard Format for License Renewal Applications.

Please review and discuss with the Region if you agree.
