Sam, During the internal review process for the B.2.39.9 response, a confirmation item was identified. This response will be removed from the letter being sent today until we can correct this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Also, Please send the contact information for the 8/29 telecom scheduled for 1300 hrs. regarding "equipment abandoned in place" to Steve Dort and myself. Thank you.
