Biennial Update of the License Termination Plan Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) has completed its biennial review of the License Termination Plan (LTP) in accordance with the requirements of 1 OCFR50.71 (e)(4).
There were no changes to the YAEC-LTP during the preceding two years and Revision 3, dated October 2007 submitted via YAEC letter BYR 2007-063 dated October 16, 2007 is the latest revision of the LTP.
