The staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has reviewed the revised Reactor Operator Requalification and Training Program Plan that you submitted by letter dated August 4, 2011. Our review concludes that these proposed changes meet the applicable requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.54(i-1) and 10 CFR Part 55; therefore, your proposed changes are acceptable.
