The NRC staff has revised Section 4.7.2 in the SEIS to provide clarificationthat Public Service Electric and Gas Company is a different entity than the applicantfor license renewal (PSEG Nuclear). Nevertheless, the NRC staff also acknowledged in Section 4.7.2 that the commitments and efforts made by Public Service Electric and Gas Company, as recommended by the FWS, do provide information that contribute towards the NRC Staff's finding of SMALL for impacts to Terrestrialand FreshwaterAquatic Threatened or EndangeredSpecies.
