RE: QUESTION: salem NJPDES permit status I talked to Jeremy, and answered the underlying question. But also, when we have a final draft from AECOM, these kinds of questions should be answered. No need for concern-the uncertainty is the result of the schedule for the contractor rather than some technical glitch.

I'm not concerned about their proposed status; just need to know what the last good 316b determination says as opposed to one that's still in review. What exactly does the ER say?

The information in the ERs is incomplete (of course) regarding the present status, but Steve Dillard talked to NJDEP and might know the answers.

What is the status of the NJPDES permit & associated 316b determination for Salem?

Charles fwded me a "Factsheet for a Draft NJPDES Permit Including Section 316(a) Variance Determination and Section 316(b) Decision," which is not dated and didn't seem official to me. I'm trying to respond to the cooling tower question in the scoping summary report and am hesitant to cite a fact sheet that may not be recognized by the state yet because it's in draft form. I would prefer to cite their current or last good 316b determination. 9© V, ý -
