By Reference (1), R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant (Ginna) submitted for NRC staff review and approval the document titled "Reactor Vessel Internals Program" based on the EPRI Report MRP-227, Revision 0. In accordance with Reference (2), Ginna is classified in Category A, and as such chooses to (a) withdraw the submittal in Reference (1); and (b) commit to resubmit our aging management program (AMP)/inspection plan in accordance with the NRC-approved report MRP-227-A no later than October 1, 2012.
