Attached are my preliminary comments for the above sections.
While someone else may be formally reviewing sect 2.1, this section impacts subsequent Terrest sections, so I thought I'd put in my 2-cents' worth here.
The first pg of the file contains some general comments to follow document-wide, in addition to more section-specific comments.
I will transcribe the remainder of my comments on the Terrest sections from hard copy to e-copy, and ship those to you tomorrow.
